What’s included

• Construction debris: collection of small leftover packaging and light construction waste; bulky debris or large-volume disposal is quoted separately
• Total dust removal from accessible levels, including ceilings where reachable, ledges, ventilation grilles, radiators, doors, frames and skirting boards
• Repeated vacuuming and damp wiping to remove fine construction dust that settles again after the first pass
• Careful removal of paint splashes, mounting foam, sealant, grout, tile adhesive and other building residues where safe for the surface
• Removal of protective films and labels from accessible glazing, frames and fittings where they can be removed safely
• Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, sanitary fittings, mirrors and accessible glass
• Multi-pass floor washing using suitable cleaning or neutralizing solutions until construction haze and fine residue are reduced as far as reasonably possible
• Final detail check of accessible surfaces and repeat treatment of areas where dust has resettled
