What’s included

• Linens & beds: removal of used linen and towels, bed making with fresh textiles supplied for the property and placement of fresh towels
• Kitchen & appliances: washing dishes and cutlery, wiping worktops, hob, microwave and cabinet fronts, plus cleaning accessible appliance exteriors
• Refrigerator check: removal of obvious items left by previous guests and interior wipe-down when required and accessible
• Bathroom & sanitation: disinfection of toilet, sink, shower or bath, taps and other sanitary fixtures
• Removal of visible limescale and soap residue from taps, shower areas and accessible glass partitions
• Living areas: dusting furniture, window sills, accessible surfaces and decorative areas
• Vacuuming and wet cleaning floors and skirting boards where required
• Disinfection of high-contact points including door handles, light switches and remote controls
• Waste collection and removal with replacement of bin liners when supplied
• Final preparation: airing the property, visual check of cleanliness and reporting visible issues that may need the host’s attention
• Restocking guest consumables such as soap or toilet paper when products are supplied by the host
